USM send app notification to its users who are using USMConnect mobile app. The notifications sent on the app helps the user to stay connected with the school activities.
Go to Menu >> Collaboration >> Messaging
Step 1. Click on App Notification available under Messaging. 
Step 2. Select the Recipient. Write the message in the message box. Click on Send Text Message to send the message to the selected recipient.
