Emails are a professional way to send messages. One can also attach important documents along with a mail.

Go to Menu >> Collaboration >> Messaging

Step 1. Click on Email available under Messaging.

Step 2. Select the Recipient to whom you want to send the mail. The user can also select the language of the email such as english or hindi. You can also attach any document or pdf by clicking on Attachment. Once you have written the mail click on Send Mail to send the mail.
