Only one account can be integrated with zoom at any given time. A single account cannot hold more than one meeting at a particular time. To schedule multiple meetings at same time, we need to integrate multiple zoom account.

The following steps will guide you to integrate your account with zoom app.


Step 1. Click on Collaboration available in the menu.


Step 2. Click on Meeting module available under Communication and Collaboration. Then click on Integration available on the right hand top corner to integrate zoom meeting with USM. 


Step 3. Click on Add New Integration to add a new zoom integration.


Step 4. Update Zoom API Key, Zoom API Secret and Zoom Webhook Token etc and click on Save Changes.
