USM allows you to swap a period for a specific day with other teacher or other subject. This feature is available in Timetable module which can be accessed by clicking on the menu bar on the top right of the screen.
Step 1. Click on the menu bar on the top right of the screen and select the Timetable module.
Step 2. Click on the Swap Timetable option available on the left of the screen.
Step 3. After selecting the class & date, click on search button. Below screen appear on you screen.
Step 4. After clicking on swap button a subject drop down will appear, then select subject to swap period. After selecting Subject, choose teacher related to subject & then click on "Swap" to swap a period to other subject/teacher.
Step 5. After successfully swapping, below screen will appear, here you can Edit / Remove swapping.
