Step 1 : USM has Alumni Events sub-module to manage alumni event. Alumni Events sub-module is available under Alumni module. You can access the Alumni module from the menu.
Step 2 : Click on Alumni Event Invitations available under Alumni module. Alumni Event Invitations enables you to manage the Alumni event Invitation.
Step 3 : On the top right hand corner, Add New Alumni Event Invitation button is available, which is used for adding new alumni event invitation.
Step 4 : And when you click on Add New Alumni Event Invitation below window will appear on your screen. Here you can add new alumni event invitation.
Step 5 : You can select any alumni event from the drop down shown in the below figure.
Step 5 : In the Invite Coordinators and Organizers section you can select the multiple Employee & Student on clicking on name of employee or students.
Step 5 : After selecting the Coordinators & Organizers, Select the courses from right side of the screen by clicking on the check box & select corresponding Academic Session from the corresponding drop down. Click on save button to Save & Send Invitation to Alumni.
Step 6 : After saving the Alumni Event Invitation below list will appear on your screen.
Step 6 : In the Alumni Event Invitation List total number of sending Invitation, Accept by alumni, Reject by alumni & Not responding alumni number will be shown corresponding to the Alumni Event Invitation.
Step 7 : When you click on the Alumni Event Name the following screen will appear . Here you can see the details of the event Invitation.
