Step 1 : To view/download a document. You can access the Collaboration Module via menu bar found at right top of the application.
Step 2 : Click on Documents under My Collaborations module.
Step 3 : When you click on Document , the following screen appears.
Step 4 : Click on attached document name, to download/save that document.
