Step 1. Click on the Menu Bar option on the top right of the screen.
Step 2. Click on the Hostel Module under the Menu Bar. 
Step 3. In the following screen, you can change settings of Hostel Fees Payment. You can alter the payment frequency and also, the start and end date of the fees payment for a given session. After having made these changes, click on save on the bottom left of the screen.
