Once money is lent to a student, it is easy to record the return in USM. This function is accessible through its Fee Management Module available under the Menu Bar on the top right of the screen. 


Step 1. Click on the Fee Module under the Menu Bar.

 Step 2. Click on the Due & Balances option from the sidebar on the left side of the screen.

Step 3. Select the time period under which the loan was availed, by selecting the two dates next to the Filter By dropdown menus.

Step 4. Next to the loan whose return is to be recorded, click on the green Payment option. 

Step 5. After filling up the given form, click on the Collect option at the bottom of the dialog box.
