USM allows you to keep track of all the money lent to students via its Fee Management & Collection Module accessible through the Menu Bar on the top right of the screen.
Step 1. Click on the Fee Module under the Menu Bar.
Step 2. Click on the Due & Balances option from the sidebar on the left side of the screen. 
Step 3. Select the time period for which you wish to view the pending loan status, by selecting the two dates next to the Filter By dropdown menus. 
Step 4. If you wish to view the details of a particular loan, then click on the yellow View Details.
