Sometimes, in residential schools, a student might need some money. For such instances, USM allows you to keep a track of all the loans given by the the school administration. This function is available under the Fee Management & Collection Module accessible via Menu Bar at the top right of the screen.
Step 1. Click on the Fee Module under the Menu Bar.
Step 2. Click on the Due & Balances option from the sidebar on the left side of the screen. 
Step 3. Click on Add New Loan option on the top right of the screen.
Step 4. Fill up the form stating the amount of money lent and the reason. Then, click on the Sanction Loan option at the bottom of the dialog box.
