With USM, you can also alter the default Application Form with the help of USM Module accessible via Menu bar on the top right of the dashboard screen.
Step 1. Select the Admission Module from the menu bar.
Step 2. Choose the session for which you wish to customise the Application form.
Step 3. After having chosen the desired Academic Session, click on the Manage option under any vacancy.
Step 4. After having done this, click on the Customise Application Form on the top right of the screen.
Step 5. The screen that appears now has three actions ahead of every field. First, show option makes a hidden field appear on the application form. Second, hide option makes an unhidden field disappear from the application form. Third, Make Mandatory/Make Optional option allows the administrator to make any field mandatory for the user to fill.
