NOTE : Before saving document you have to configure Storage type. For configuration storage type you have go to Tenant Setting sub module available under Settings Module. If you have not configured Storage type then error will occur.


Step 1 : When you click on Manage Documents available under HR Settings Module, the following screen will appear where you can manage Manage Documents.



Step 2 : On the top right hand corner, click on Add New Document button to add new document.



Step 3 : And when you click on Add New Document the following window will popup on your screen. Here you can add new document with multiple attachments through Browse button. And click on Save Changes to save changes made .




Step 4 : After Saving the new Document, a list will show, here you can Active/Inactive, Modify and Delete document
