Schools have various Fee Structures which are assigned to a particular student according to his/her financial or social background. These Fee Structures can be made or edited using Fee Management Module accessible via Menu Bar on the top right of the dashboard screen. 


Step 1. Click on the Fee Module under the Menu Bar.

Step 2. Choose Fee Structure option from the sidebar on the left side of the screen. Step 3. Select the Academic Session for which you want to change the properties of a fee structure.

Step 3. i. The available Fee Structures would appear on the screen, once you have selected the Academic Session. Next to each Fee Structure, there are two options: namely, Remove and Modify. Click on Remove, if you wish to delete the Fee Structure and not use it again. Click on Modify if you want to edit the properties of a particular fee structure. 

Step 3. ii. When you click on Modify, the following dialog box will appear. In this dialog box, you can make all the necessary changes you wish to make in that Fee Structure.Step 3. iii. Once you have made all the required changes, click on the save option at the bottom of the dialog box. 


Step 4. If you want to create a new Fee Structure, then click on Create New Fee Structure option on the top right of the screen. 

Step 4. i. A dialog box will appear once you click Create New Fee Structure option, wherein you would have to assign the new Fee Structure its properties. Under the Number of Terms option, choose how many instalments do you want the fee to be paid in. 

Step 4. ii. Once you have assigned the properties to a new fee structure through the dialog box. Click on the create option at the end of the dialog box.
